Sharing a Few Thoughts
Managing BeneLynk’s operations and production support functions carries a lot of responsibilities and obligations -- not only for our staff, but also for our clients and members. "It takes a village," and I believe those words are true here at BeneLynk. I am fortunate to lead a large team of experienced, motivated, and genuine individuals to support our operations.
Collectively, it is our responsibility to plan ahead and respond on a daily basis to the needs of our employees so they can function and be productive. We also make sure we are responsive and operate with the purpose of helping our clients meet their goals and objectives.
Our motivation is knowing our contributions help our country’s Veterans and plan members in ways that can impact their life, health, and well-being.
