Leslie’s favorite beach is the “little beach” on the street where she grew up in Black Rock, CT. It holds great childhood memories.

Leslie has 20 years experience leading successful operations teams. She works closely with the VP of Operations and is responsible for oversight and management of learning and development, content and print solutions, vendor management, and business continuity. Prior to her role at BeneLynk, Leslie served as Senior Director of Operations for Freedom Disability and Alpha Disability, and is still involved in Veteran disability advocacy.
Leslie started her career in the banking industry, where she obtained extensive leadership training. Promoted to Senior Director at Pitney Bowes, Inc., she developed and led successful operational teams for new products and services and received several leadership awards. She cultivates and leads teams by focusing on development through coaching, mentoring, and metrics-driven capacity building.
Leslie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT.
