Leslie has 20 years of experience building and leading successful operations teams.  Her experience in assessing and aligning operational efficiency through team building and employee empowerment was a perfect combination for her transition into Human Capital Operations in July 2021.  In this role, she oversees business partnerships, employee relations, recruiting, engagement, learning, and development. Before her role at BeneLynk, Leslie served as Senior Director of Operations for Freedom Disability and Alpha Disability.

Leslie started her career in the banking industry, where she obtained extensive leadership training. Promoted to Senior Director at Pitney Bowes, Inc., she developed and led successful operational teams for new products and services and received several leadership awards.

Leslie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT.
