Leslie

Beach at sunset

Leslie’s favorite beach is the “little beach” on the street where she grew up in Black Rock, CT.  It holds great childhood memories.

Hard to beat that.

Leslie has 20 years’ experience building and leading successful operations teams.  Her experience in assessing and aligning operational efficiency through team building and employee empowerment was a perfect combination for her transition into Human Capital Operations in July 2021.  In this role she oversees business partnerships, employee relations, recruiting, engagement, learning and development. Prior to her role at BeneLynk, Leslie served as Senior Director of Operations for Freedom Disability and Alpha Disability.

Leslie started her career in the banking industry, where she obtained extensive leadership training. Promoted to Senior Director at Pitney Bowes, Inc., she developed and led successful operational teams for new products and services and received several leadership awards. She cultivates and leads teams by focusing on development through coaching, mentoring, and metrics-driven capacity building.

Leslie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT.

Sharing a Few Thoughts...

Being surrounded by smart, compassionate people who are driven to make a difference in the lives of others is what I am most proud of here. I am fortunate to have been a part of BeneLynk from the very beginning -- laying the foundation for the company we have become.

I learn something new every day from the years of experience and extensive knowledge of my peers. Passing that knowledge on and developing effective processes to serve our clients and member communities is what drives my passion about the work we do here at Benelynk.
