What You Need to Know

BeneLynk works with health plans across the country to aid you (their member) in all sorts of ways. Have you received an application for a Medicare Savings Program (MSP), Medicaid renewal, or community program? We send you forms on behalf of your health plan to help you make the best possible use of the benefits for which you are eligible. Simply follow the instructions to complete the forms and mail them in the addressed, stamped envelope provided.

BeneLynk can also assist you with enrollment in various government programs and secure additional community benefits for you right in your neighborhood. In addition, if you are a Veteran, BeneLynk can help you communicate any care you are receiving at the VA (Veterans Affairs) to your health plan.

If you have questions or need us to help in any way, please reach out to us by phone at 888-984-2966 or by email at info@benelynk.com. Our knowledgeable advocates will be happy to help you.

Community Assistance

BeneLynk works with your health plan to link you to meaningful benefits from a database of over 300,000 federal, state, and community programs. These programs can save you money and improve your life by helping you to overcome challenges with nutritious food, transportation, utilities, and more.

Dual Eligibility Assistance

BeneLynk can help you find out if you may be eligible for additional government programs such as MSPs and Extra Help (LIS). We can then assist you in getting the benefits you deserve. This could include getting your part B premium paid and receiving lower copays.

Renewal Assistance

Are you already receiving Medicaid? BeneLynk can answer any questions you may have and help you to complete your annual renewal. With your signed Authorization of Assistance  (AOA) form, BeneLynk can also provide support if assistance is needed with the Medicaid renewal process.

Veteran Assistance

BeneLynk helps you communicate your Veteran status and any care you’ve received at the VA to your health plan. With your consent, we will retrieve documentation of your care at the VA. This helps your health plan provide benefits that match your individual needs. View our FAQs for veterans.
