Recently, BeneLynk’s President, Sean Libby, and Chief Product Officer, Terry Ward, received the opportunity to submit feedback for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Service’s CMS-10825: List of Screening Instruments for Housing Stability, Food Security, and Transportation Questions on Health Risk Assessments. In their response, Sean and Terry applaud the progress CMS is making in the documentation of social determinant of health (SDoH) barriers and offer suggestions on improving systemic documentation and the member experience with human-to-human outreach.
