Celebrating National Customer Service Week at BeneLynk

At BeneLynk every week is customer service week. We excel in the Social Determinant of Health industry as the “human-to-human” company. We believe that to address SDoH challenges and to produce the best outcomes, advocacy must be centered around a human connection. That is why we built a national, on-shore, multi-lingual advocacy team. That team works directly with managed Medicare and Medicaid members every day to understand and address the barriers that prevent people from living their healthiest lives. We know this team is at the center of our success, so we look to celebrate and support them every day.


But, even if every week is a BeneLynk customer service week, National Customer Service Week only comes once a year -- so we look to amp up our celebrations. This week we will have everything from pie-eating contests to talent shows, to jelly bean counting contests. I personally think we should count the pies and eat the jelly beans, but I got over-ruled! We have scavenger hunts both in-person and online and BINGO games. This is always one of the most fun weeks of the year for us at BeneLynk and a great reminder that BeneLynk is customer service. This year’s Customer Service week theme is the Power of Service and at BeneLynk we embrace that power and exist to improve the lives of our members.


We believe that by serving our employee advocacy teams, we better serve our clients. To that end we’ve implemented innovative services for our employees ranging from reimbursement for Netflix or Hulu (or other streaming services) to a step-promotion program allowing our employees to hone their skills and keep moving forward. Our employees are the beating heart of BeneLynk.

We always appreciate a chance to celebrate and have some fun and this National Customer Service Week is another great reason. It is also a good opportunity for us to thank all of the dedicated BeneLynk employees who spend their days helping people live better, healthier lives. Thank you!
