Aldwin joined BeneLynk in June 2019 and brings over 15 years of member-focused managed care experience. He leads the strategic planning and execution of engagement efforts designed to help people improve their lives through SDoH advocacy. Aldwin leads several dynamic teams within BeneLynk’s operations, which are centered on continuous improvement of the overall member experience.

Before BeneLynk, Aldwin held senior leadership positions with Managed Care of North America Dental and Altegra Health: both companies operate within the Medicare and Medicaid space. During his tenure with these organizations, he led nationwide operations and played a key role in developing the infrastructure and general management of the member engagement and sales teams.

Aldwin studied Business Management at Grand Canyon University where he was inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
